Refund policy
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include any tags (still presented in the same manner). The item must not have deodorant stains, sweat stains, makeup stains, animal hair, or any odors such as cologne, body odor, or smoke. Essentially, the item must be resellable as new. Items returned in used condition, not in the same condition, or without original packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be rejected.
Rejected Items: If a product is rejected because it doesn't meet our return policy (e.g., opened products, missing tags, used condition), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the package. A $15 shipping fee will be invoiced and sent via email. If the shipping fee is not paid, the package will not be returned. Please ensure your items meet our return policy before mailing them back to us.
Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns after we receive them. If you are requesting an exchange and are in a time crunch (two weeks or less), we suggest placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original order for a refund.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): An RMA is required for all returns or exchanges. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain an RMA, visit
Return Shipping for U.S. Territories and Military Addresses: Customers located in Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and Hawaii will incur a separate return shipping fee.
An email will be sent by our Returns Department to notify you of the exact shipping fee before your exchange is processed.
Unclaimed or Ineligible Returns: If a customer’s return is not eligible for a refund or exchange and the customer does not respond to our communication within 30 days of notification, the item will be considered abandoned. Unclaimed or unapproved returned merchandise may be discarded or donated after this period, and PerfectTux.com will not be responsible for replacement or reimbursement.

Manufacturer Returns: Occasionally, orders are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Please DO NOT return any items to the manufacturer. All returns should be shipped back to KidsSuits.com.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping Method: You can choose any shipping method to return your item, but we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Special Note about Boys Tuxedos/Suits Sets: These are married sets. To return or exchange a boy’s tuxedo or suit, everything must be returned together in its original packaging with tags. If any item is missing from the set, the entire return cannot be accepted. Please double-check before returning.
Closeout/Discounted Items: Products marked as closeout or discontinued on our website and sold at a reduced price cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. These items are final sale. Any closeout or discontinued item will be clearly marked before purchase.
Production Companies/Movie Studios/Costume Departments/Theaters Restocking Fee: Due to past abuses from production companies ordering large quantities and returning most items, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to these types of orders.
